Tuition Policies
Tuition Rates:
The tuition for 2009-2010 academic year is $ 10,320 for students registered in a Catholic parish and $ 11,760 for all other students.
FACTS Tuition Payment Option:
Rosary High School partners with FACTS, a tuition management company, to manage our tuition payment program. FACTS allows you to distribute your payments semi-annually, quarterly or over twelve (12) months using automatic bank payment (ACH) or credit cards. All Rosary families are to enroll with FACTS to make scheduled tuition payments unless making one annual payment of $10,320 or $11,760 by May 22nd. Quarterly and semi-annual payment plans must be set-up through
FACTS by May 22nd, because the first quarterly and semi-annual cycles
begin with the month of June (September, December, etc.) Once June
begins, the only available payment plans are monthly or payment in full.
FACTS transacts each payment on the specified date either the 5th or the 20th. Once your agreement for budgeted tuition is posted to the FACTS system you can track your account information through your MyFACTS Account. The status of your account and all account information will be kept confidential. Neither FACTS nor school personnel will have access to your account outside of the parameters of this agreement.
Tuition Assistance:
If there is a serious financial setback, parents are asked to contact the Director of Finance. Tuition assistance is given based on need. As a general guideline, maximum tuition assistance does not exceed fifty percent, or half of the annual tuition amount.
Terms of Tuition Agreement:
Tuition checks returned by the bank for reasons of Non-sufficient funds (N.S.F.), or any other reason, will result in an additional charge of $ 25.00. Thereafter, personal checks will no longer be accepted and tuition must be paid in the form of cashiers check or money order.
It is preferred that tuition not be paid in cash. Personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders are more accepted forms of payment.
Non-payment of tuition is a breach in the parent or guardian’s obligation to Rosary. If there is a non-payment of tuition, an acceptable alternative arrangement must be approved in writing. If the financial obligation is not met, the school will take the following action(s):
- Students will not be allowed to take semester exams until their account is current.
- Readmission the following school year may not be permitted if the account is not brought current.
- A student’s diploma may be withheld.
- Rosary High School has the right to legal action for the non-payment of tuition and parents or guardians will be responsible for costs of collection, including court expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees.
Financial Aid:
Prior to the end of each academic year, returning students and their families will have the opportunity to apply for financial assistance.
