9th Grade Only
  • Online Application for Admission & High School Placement Test
  • If you wish to request a Rosary HS Application Form via US Mail (instead of completing the Online Application) - please contact the Rosary High School Main Office by calling 714-879-6302.
  • Payment of $70.00 non-refundable combined fee.  Visa & Master Card accepted. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Discover Card as payment.
  • Submit via Online Application, or return Application Form to Rosary High School by January 28, 2010
10th, 11th, 12th Grades
  • Complete and return:
  • Application for Admission along with the $50.00 non-refundable fee
  • Recommendation form to be given to one of the following individuals: principal, teacher, or counselor of current school
  • Copy of immunization record
