  • Application for Admission
  • Application for the High School Placement Test
  • Include $65.00 non-refundable combined fee for both applicaitons
  • Return to Rosary High School by January 10, 2008
10th, 11th, 12th Grades
  • Complete and return:
  • Application for Admissiion along with the $50.00 non-refundable fee
  • Recommendation form to be given to one of the following individuals: principal, teacher, or counselor of current school
  • Copy of immunizaion record
