Freshman Week of Welcome marks the beginning of a student’s high school experience and the R.H.S. Royal experience. W.O.W. starts a lifelong relationship with Rosary. New students gather on campus to meet fellow students, confer with campus directors and counselors and to connect with the place that will help define their coming of age as holistic, faith-filled young women. This is a crucial time for new students, as they transition from elementary and middle schools to high school. But it is also a time to celebrate new beginnings and to have fun. W.O.W creates women of wonder and wisdom. W.O.W begins with a family mass and picnic lunch. After the lunch and mass, students connect with their groups to participate in icebreakers and a variety of games and activities. The festivities end with a sleepover. What a great way to get to know your classmates, upperclasswomen and administrators. Freshman W.O.W is sure to be the first of many WOW experiences at RHS.
IT IS RECOMMENDED EACH STUDENT BRING 4 BOTTLES OF WATER.
