Performing Arts Department
The Performing Arts Department of Rosary High School believes in the God-given potential of each individual and that a student’s artistic expression is an essential part of her development as a whole person. By encouraging each student to become more sensitive to the unique qualities within herself and with every work of art, we challenge her to clarify, celebrate and share her uniqueness with others. By providing both theoretical and performance based courses in instrumental and vocal music, drama and musical theatre, students will:
- Develop the skills necessary for artistic communication
- Strive for excellence through discipline, dedication, commitment and hard work
- Increase self-esteem and confidence through rehearsal and performance
- Discover a love and passion for the performing arts
