SERVICE & COMMUNITY GROUP

Volunteer Committee – Help year round to secure volunteers for school and parent events. Some daytime and evening hours needed.

New Family Mentor Group – Outreach to new and prospective Rosary families throughout the year. Duties include hosting a family night, personal phone calls and outreach at events on campus.

Cracked Crab Committee – Held in the spring. Assist with the planning, publicizing, and execution of event. Duties and service hours will vary.

Hospitality Committee (Faculty / School) – Help secure and serve refreshments at various campus events throughout the year. Help needed during the day and evening hours.

Alumnae Committee - Assist with creation and implementation of various alumnae events throughout the year.

CAMPUS MINISTRY GROUP

Family Support - Provide physical and emotional support to families in the Rosary community who are in need.

Prayer Network - Gather together for group prayer for the Rosary community as well as weekly e-mail sharing of prayer and scripture.

Kairos Support - Work throughout the year with the Campus Minister to support the students and their parents during the week of retreat. Volunteer duties will vary.

Retreat Support - Work throughout the year with the Campus Minister to support the retreat experience of the students during their annual class retreats. Volunteer duties will vary.

Celebration of Life Mass - Held on a Saturday in the spring. Volunteer duties will vary.

COMMUNICATION GROUP

Field Representatives - Gather information throughout the school year, from various campus programs for posting to the Rosary website and publication in print materials.

Phone Tree Committee - Make phone calls, as needed, to the Rosary community regarding up-coming school events and announcements.

Mailing Committee - Assist throughout the year with school-wide mailings for various events and departments. Day and/or evening hours.

Historian Committee – Gather pictures, special event materials/keepsakes, media coverage, etc. for inclusion in the “historian” book.

Parent Paparazzi – Work with the Advancement/Communications faculty liaison in attending school events and providing photographs for use on the website and/or materials. Digital photography workshops will be provided. Volunteer hours will vary.

FUNDRAISING GROUP

Magazine Drive Committee – Held in September. Help needed counting proceeds and awarding prizes during school hours in September.

Gala Committee – Assist with the planning and execution of this event. Volunteer hours and duties will vary.

Red Wine & Gold Committee – Held in January. Assist with the planning and execution of this event. Volunteer hours and duties will vary.

Golf Tournament Committee – Held in the spring. Assist with planning and staffing the Golf Tournament. Volunteer hours and duties will vary. Help needed during school hours on the day of the event.

Acquisition Committee – Procure items throughout the year that will be auctioned off at Rosary events.

Merchandise Committee – Assist the Athletics Department, as needed, with selling and merchandising, inventory.

ATHLETICS GROUP

Team Parent Representatives – Assist coaches with various duties including team recognition nights. Duties will vary.

STUDENT ACTIVITIES GROUP

WOW Committee – Held on campus in August to welcome the incoming freshmen and parents. Assist with planning and staffing the event, starting in June.

Career Day Committee – Work with the Coordinators of Alumnae and Student Affairs to with the planning and execution of the event. Duties will vary.

Chaperone Committee – Evening/weekend help needed to chaperone school dances; formal and casual events.

Father-Daughter Support Committee – Held on a Saturday in the fall. Duties consist of set-up and decorating the day of the event.

Mother-Daughter Committee – Assist with creation and implementation of an annual event that brings mothers and daughters together.

Red & Gold Support Committee – Assist with various activities of the Red & Gold season, including assembly of teddy bears, kick-off breakfast, flex supervision, program and merchandise sales, ushering, and alumnae reception.

Grad Night Committee – Traditionally held the evening of graduation in conjunction with Servite and Connelly. Volunteer hours and duties will vary. Some help needed overnight the evening of the event.

Performing Arts Committee – Assist Tri-School Theater and Rosary performing arts groups with various tasks. Volunteer hours and duties will vary.
